Amid Operation Sindoor, Vaishno Devi Temple in Jammu and Kashmir sees a complete blackout. The temple is one of the most important pilgrimage site for Hindu pilgrims. As India is peparing for any unwanted actions by Pakistan, the Indian government has directed a complete blackout in various regions of the country. Amid the preparations that India is undertaking after Operation Sindoor, mock drlls, blackouts and alerts have been activated in various parts of the country. Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan have been on high alert since India's military operation. After India launched its operations against Pakistan, the neighbouring country has been shelling and violating ceasefire operations in Jammu and Kashmir regions. Due to this, India has been simultaneously intercepting Pakistan's missiles to stop their operation to attack Indian states. Internet has also been shutdown in various areas. Pakistan has been launching drone attack in various areas including Pathankot. After India executed Operation Sindoor, in which nine terror sites deep inside Pakistan were destroyed, Pakistan attempted to engage a number of military targets on the night of May 7. The military targets were engaged in Northern and Western India, including Awantipura, Srinagar, Jammu, Pathankot, Amritsar, Kapurthala, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Adampur, Bhatinda, Chandigarh, Nal, Phalodi, Uttarlai, and Bhuj, using drones and missiles.These were neutralised by the Integrated Counter UAS Grid and Air Defence systems. The debris of these attacks is now being recovered from a number of locations that prove the Pakistani attacks.Indian Air Force S-400 Sudarshan Chakra air defence missile systems were fired on Wednesday night against targets moving towards India. The government has ordered blackouts in various regions of Jammu and Kashmir including Reasi and Rajasthan areas bordering Pakistan.
